Tour and services price currency is set to EUR, but you can pay in USD or GBP. The prices quoted per person are all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your reservation is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.
After your reservation is confirmed we will email a final confirmation and invoice.
A full payment will be required after receiving the confirmation. Payments can be issued by bank transfer or via an online payment link.
Kemet Experience does not charge a cancellation fee for bookings canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control.
If cancellation occurs due to personal or business reasons and Kemet Experience has already incurred non-refundable costs for your booking such as flight tickets or train tickets etc., these costs will be charged to you.
For cancellations:
Up to 48 hours prior to the start of your booking: no cancellation fee unless non-refundable costs have been incurred.
less than 48 hours up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking: 50% of the booking fees will be charged;
less than  24 hours prior to the start of your booking: 100% of the booking fees will be charged .
