4-Day Nile Cruise from Cairo to Aswan & Luxor

Day 1: Departure from Cairo to Aswan
Option 1 – By Sleeper Train: Begin your journey with an evening departure from Cairo on a sleeper train to Aswan. Relax in your private cabin and enjoy dinner on board as you travel south.
Option 2 – By Flight: Alternatively, start your journey with a morning flight from Cairo to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your Nile cruise ship.

Arrival in Aswan: Upon arrival in Aswan (by train or flight), check in to your luxurious Nile cruise ship and settle into your cabin.
Visit the Aswan High Dam: An impressive modern engineering project that tamed the Nile’s floods.
Explore the Unfinished Obelisk: The largest known obelisk left unfinished in Aswan’s quarries, offering insight into ancient stonecraft.
Discover Philae Temple: A beautifully relocated temple dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Dinner on Board: Return to your ship for a relaxing dinner. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 2: Sailing to Kom Ombo and Edfu
Morning Sail to Kom Ombo: Enjoy breakfast on board as you sail.

Valley of the Kings: Visit several of the royal tombs, with the option to enter Tutankhamun’s tomb.
Temple of Hatshepsut: A stunning terraced temple built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.
Colossi of Memnon: Two giant statues that once guarded Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple.
Afternoon at Leisure: Lunch on board and free time to relax or explore independently.
Luxor Temple by Night: In the evening, visit Luxor Temple illuminated beautifully against the night sky.
Return to the Cruise: Dinner and overnight on the Nile Cruise in Luxor.

Day 4: Disembarkation and Return to Cairo
Option 1 – By Sleeper Train: After breakfast, enjoy free time before disembarking. Transfer to Luxor train station for your sleeper train back to Cairo.
Option 2 – By Flight: After breakfast, enjoy leisure time or an optional final visit in Luxor. Transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo.
