Cairo: 2-Day Majestic Heritage Experience

Day 1: Dahshur, Sakkara & Giza Plateau

• Morning pickup → travel to Dahshur to see the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, early attempts at pyramid construction.
• Continue to Sakkara to explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s first large-scale stone monument.
• Pause for lunch at a local restaurant, enjoying authentic Egyptian flavors.
• Afternoon at the Giza Plateau, visiting the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and the Great Sphinx. Optional: pyramid entry or camel/horse ride.
• Evening return to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Egyptian Museum, Citadel & Cairo’s Heritage

• Morning pickup → start at the Egyptian Museum, home to the treasures of Tutankhamun and thousands of ancient artifacts.
• Visit the Cairo Citadel, exploring the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque with sweeping city views.
• Explore Coptic Cairo, including the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and St. Sergius Church.
• Afternoon rest at your hotel.
• Evening: embark on a Nile Dinner Cruise, with buffet dining, live music, Tanoura dance, and belly dance performances as Cairo’s skyline glitters.
• Return to your hotel. End of experience.
